Shipping and returns
Shipping
Your order will usually be shipped within 3-5 business days.
Once the order has shipped within the UK it can take 3-10 days to arrive depending on postal service demand or adverse conditions, and internationally sometimes up to two weeks depending on how well the postal service is running.
We send all original art orders with tracking order by Royal Mail delivery service.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, except in special circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once we receive a return, we will examine it before issuing any refund. We will then inform you by email if your return has been accepted. Refunds will be credited to your method of payment.
There is no return on sale items.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
All items must be in the same condition you received it.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
Customized commissions pieces are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected] .
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (please, include photo of the effect). If you need to exchange it for the same item/s, send us an email, and you will be sent the physical return address to post the piece/s back to.
Shipping (Returns)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning a faulty/damaged piece, the original cost of shipping will also be refunded.
Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
All items are posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery, with enabled tracking. It is strongly advised that any returns are posted this way to avoid missing items. If an item is sent by yourself, but not received by us, we will unfortunately not be able to issue a refund. You would need to claim through the postal service you chose.
